Does anyone know of a Korean blogging site (like Blogger, Xanga, etc.)?

The most popular one that koreans use is cyworld, its available in english as well. All my korean friends use cyworld.

Cyworld is good, but apparently not indexed by Technorati as it doesn't offer permalink or so I read.
