Why won't Blogger let me use these templates?

Every time I try to add this template:

Blogger gives me this:

I don't understand :/ The code for the template is on the above link.
Why won't Blogger let me use these templates?

Reply:There's a stray %26lt;/div%26gt; tag before the %26lt;/style%26gt; tag. Take it out and see if that helps.
