Can anyone teach me how to post videos and audios in blogger.com's blog?

I recommend you check out www.Podomatic.com in regards to Podcasting or Videocasting.
As for adding video or audio to your blog it's simple, take a look how I added mp3's to my blog www.dominipod.net
All you have to do is hyperlink any text (name of the song) to where the mp3 is hosted.
If you do not understand what I am talking about go to my page http://richardliriano.com on the right side of the page you should see a widget that says, "Chat With Me".
