I have a question. I was wondering if it was possible to change the symbol that is next to the address bar. For instance, Yahoo! Answers has a green text bubble with an asterisk inside for its symbol.
Am I able to change my blog's symbol?

Nope, unfortunately.
Blogger has it set that way, and it is not available for the user to change. Maybe one day in the future, but not yet.
I believe it is a server setting, meaning they would have to make individual servers for each user, and that is not gonna work.
