How to embed a map created with RunningMap into Blogger?

An example would be great, a tutorial helpful.
How to embed a map created with RunningMap into Blogger?
Do you mean a hyperlink or an image of the map itself? To create a hyperlink I believe you can add a little HTML code (I am not a Blogger user). So when Runningmap gives you a URL like "http://www.runningmap.com?id=1234" after you save your route, you can add a line like this to you site:

%26lt;a href="http://www.runningmap.com?id=1234"... route%26lt;/a%26gt;

If you want to add an image of your map, you will need to take a screen capture (print button on PC, command-crtl-shift-3 on a mac) and paste it into an image editing program (like photoshop). Then crop (and perhaps resize) your image and save it as a jpeg and upload it to your blogger account.

You can also upload your image to your http://www.flickr.com account and it will then give you several sizes along with html code to copy paste into your blog.

I hope that helps.
