WordPress is more of a HTML editor and is used more often as a website with blogging capabilities.
I'd say if that doesn't sound like your needs then stay with Blogger.
Is it hard to transfer from Blogger to WordPress.com?
I don't think so!
I prefer blogger. Wordpress sukcs!
