I am using blogger.com for my free blog.I have also used google adsense.My question is?
Google Adsense only asking whether you are a tax payer in US or not.
if you are not a tax payer in US, just skip that question. And continue with your account setup.

just enter your full address and if you have P.O Box type it
also your zip code is very important then when you reach 50$
google will sent you mail on your home address or your p.o box address with the PIN number that you will be verified by google.

Reply:Google should not give you any money as you're website is obviously created with the specific intention of running AdSense ads while providing absolutely no unique content whatsoever.
It's websites like this that give Google's content network a bad name.
