Which is better, Webs or Blogspot (Blogger)?

I'm choosing one for a Club Penguin website - just for a hobby - and I was wondering which one to go for. What do you think?








P.S. If anyone could give me like a list or something to compare features that would help. Thanks!

Reply:Blogger is better. I use it. If you make a blogger account, you can get layouts from blogskins.com (search for one and when you find one scroll down on the right side under "actions" and click "blogger main" and it'll give you the code) and make your page anyway you want. I think blogger has more options than webs, and overall, i think people use blogger the most. You can also pay blogger like 10 bucks to get a domain name for a full year (www.yourtitle.com instead of www.blogspot.com/yourtitle).
