Will blogger tempalates work with free webs??
You would get the code from the blog site, use the 'advance editor' option in FreeWebs, paste it in. And, learn enough coding to know where to type in the text, so that you don't completely mix up the code and make it so it doesn't work - that would be bad.
Also, be sure to get permission from the people who made the templates that its ok to use them on other sites like that.
