I can't connect. Can't reach my blog on blogspot, either. Is this just an internet connection problem in Guanghzou or is it because of something else?
Is Blogger banned in China?
I live in Xiamen China and was unable to access your website. However, I was able to go to http://www.blogger.com without any problem. I used a proxy server (a common workaround for China censorship) and was able to visit your original website. This usually happens when China is censoring a website.
In short, it's probably censored.

Reply:Not banned but censored. China is communist and the internet in general is heavily restricted.
