I know how to post pictures to blogger blog but i want to know it it is possible to post pictures and store them at the side bar ( example under the title "picture". I want to post a lot of pictures to my blog but i do not want them to appear in every pages, just want to store them it somewhere in the blog.

You bet! Several ways. Look for "Layout" in the dashboard and go there. On the resulting screen, select the tab, "Page Elements". You can add page elements to the sidebar.
You have a blog so, in effect, you have a gmail userid. The "hard core" way (the way I use) is as follows. Sign up for Google Picasa. Upload a bunch of pix to the web. (They give you oodles of free space!) Organize the pix into what they call an "album".
Set up a "link" to that album. On your blog page, add a page element of type, "html". In that page element, add a simple link to your Picasa album. Voila! A slide show in your sidebar!
