Blogger has been blocked and unblocked again and again over the last few years.
They are tightening up at the moment as it is the 20th anniversary of the Tian'anmen Square massacre on June 4th.
Who know what will happen after that.
Anyway, it's easy to get round their pathetic blocks. Use a proxy such as Freegate
